Delivery & Shipping
We provide worldwide and domestic delivery of all our work. Prices listed exclude delivery or overseas crating where necessary. This will be calculated when quoting your enquiry and will be based on the delivery address and level of service you require. Please send us an enquiry if you'd like a shipping quote.
Please specify the delivery address with your enquiry. We offer various delivery options including "white glove" (including installation and removal of packaging) or "curb-side" (goods left outside with crating/packaging).
For international deliveries, be aware that tax and import duties are not indicated in the listed prices. Our international customers are not required to pay our domestic VAT. Other taxes, may be payable and will depend the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any additional customs duties/taxes on receipt of the shipment. For our US clients, as our work is exclusively made from solid timber, no import duties will be due.
Packaging and Delivery:
Our items are meticulously packaged and delivered through various logistics partners based on item size and destination. Upon receiving your item please inspect it closely and report any damage immediately. Standard packaging is included in the item price. Larger or fragile items may require purpose-built foam lined crating, which will be discussed and priced at the time of quoting.

We understand that circumstances may change, and to accommodate this, we offer a 14-day window from the date of purchase for customers to request a refund for our stock items. Please note that this does not include bespoke or made-to-order commissions.
Our bespoke, custom, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless they are found to be faulty. This follows UK consumer law, recognizing the unique nature of these specially made pieces.
Notification of Faults or Damages
We encourage our customers to carefully inspect their purchases upon delivery. In the rare event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, we request that you notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Customers are responsible for both arranging and covering the cost of returning goods unless we are at fault, in which case we will pay for and arrange for return delivery.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept international returns.
